Western Montana NARPM brings you this Montana Law Update course taught by Bruno Fria of Property Management Education. This course is a 3-hour continuing education course, reviewing the Landlord/Tenant Act, Residential Tenant’s Security Deposit Act, Landlord/Tenant Residential and Commercial, the Mobile Home Lot Rental Act, and any changes made by the Montana Legislature. Additionally, students will receive a comprehensive overview of the latest rental trends, data, and statistics available. This course is invaluable for all property managers interested in staying up-to-date in the latest legislation, getting to know the current trends in rental properties, and in increasing the overall quality of their business.
